The Ranger 16 rubber bezel makes it easier to grip, especially in cold or wet weather.

All Ranger compasses are equipped with the patented red/black north/south lines in the capsule for quick & correct course settings. They also have luminous markings for navigation in the dark.

Ranger 16 is the perfect compact sighting compass for all navigation on land and at sea. Large sighting mirror with a sighting hole for the most accurate bearings, built in declination scale and a transparent base plate for easy map work are true signs of a functional sighting compass. Mm and inch map measuring scales for either metric or imperial use.
